The Story Behind DHablo

They say necessity is the mother of invention.
In our case, it was love.

My eldest daughter was born with my Cajun soul and my craving for spice.
At first, store-bought sauces were enough… until they weren’t.
They either lacked flavor or heat — sometimes both.

So one day, with my culinary background and my love for her, I made a sauce just for her.
That very first recipe became the foundation of what is now our OG Serrano Hot Sauce.

What started as a homemade salsa became a vinegar-based, shelf-stable hot sauce — and from that moment, I was hooked.

Seven flavors later, DHablo is more than a brand.
It’s an obsession with flavor first, heat second.

It’s a message in every drop.
Because DHablo means “Damien speaks” —
and I speak hot sauce.
