How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 days after shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
For now, DHablo ships across the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our Tribe to be the first to know.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping rates apply based on weight and location.
We offer FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $60.

How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Can I return a hot sauce?
Due to the nature of our product, returns are accepted only for items damaged or defective upon arrival.

What if my package arrives damaged?
No worries! Email us at dhablohotsauce@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage — we’ll replace it right away.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll gladly help. Send us a message as soon as possible.

Each flavor is crafted for balance — some are mild, others are bold. We focus on flavor first, heat second.

Are your sauces vegan or gluten-free?
Yes! DHablo sauces are made with real ingredients, no artificial colors, and are naturally vegan and gluten-free.

Where are the sauces made?
Every bottle is handcrafted in Texas, USA, using locally sourced and imported ingredients.

Do you use preservatives?
Never. Our sauces are vinegar-based and shelf-stable — no artificial preservatives needed.
